How many heel heights are available?

CHAMELO shoes provide a range of heel heights from 1 to 4 inches. To start, we offer three key options: 1 inch, 3 inches, and 4 inches, ensuring you have the right style for any event. We are committed to growing our collection with more heel heights and design choices in the future, meeting the unique preferences of our customers.

Are the shoes and heels compatible with all models?

Our shoes and heels are compatible with all models, both currently available and those planned for future release.

What materials are used to make the shoes?

CHAMELO shoes are made from the same high quality materials that are used in standard shoes. Therefore, the shoes are durable and can be worn like your standard footwear.

How durable are the shoes?

Our shoes feature an internal core of PA6 plastic, renowned for its strength, flexibility, and durability in industries like automotive and machinery. This material makes our shoes significantly more durable than standard footwear.

How do I measure my shoe size?

Are the shoes comfortable as both high heels and flats heels?

Will the heels come off easily?

No, our heels are designed to stay securely in place while walking. The act of walking actually tightens the locking mechanism, ensuring a safe and stable experience.

I don’t swap heel often; can I wear one heel regularly?

Yes, you can wear the same heel for extended periods without any issues.

If I swap heel often, will it be any problem?

No, heel can be swapped as often as you like without any issues.

Precautions

Do not step or walk unless your heel is inserted, as this may damage the support base.
Avoid exposing the shoes to direct sunlight, leaving them in a parked car under the sun, or using a hair dryer. Heat from these sources can cause the shoes to shrink, damage the mechanisms, and weaken the adhesive.
When your shoes get wet, it’s best to place them in a cool, well-ventilated area.
If your shoes get dirty, we recommend initially wiping the stains with a damp cloth. Do not soak the shoes or wash them in a washing machine, as this will damage the shoes.

What should I do if the mechanic is damaged?

Rest assured that our shoes are definitely repairable. We’ve designed the entire mechanical system ourselves. Every part of shoe mechanism is replaceable. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team.

Please be noticed that international customers are responsible for shipping fees and any incurred duties/taxes. Any international orders that are returned to sender by the shipper due to unpaid/tax/import fees will not be refunded.

How long does it take to ship my order?

For domestic shipping, delivery includes 3-7 business days for processing plus shipping. We’ll do our best to deliver on time, but delays may happen due to address issues, holidays, or busy periods. We appreciate your patience.

For international shipping, we utilize DHL, which is the most convenient and fastest option. Delivery typically takes around 10 days for processing plus shipping, though the exact timeframe can vary depending on several factors, including the destination, shipping period, customs procedures, or unforeseen issues caused by weather or unexpected events. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Can I return the order?

Yes, your order can be returned for an exchange within 10 days after the date the item(s) is received.

Please be noticed that Discounted item(s), Custom-made item(s), and item(s) with engravings are non-returnable.
